"Some traditional, some fusion, all spectacularly located within historical monuments and the city"
The first stop will be at a typical "tamaleria". Tamales are a complete meal in portable form. In most versions, tamales are made from a mixture of corn dough and filling, wrapped in a corn husk. We will learn the preparation and taste of a very rare and traditional coffee, as well as native products besides coffee. After having a very traditional cusqueñan breakfast, we will be heading to a very typical market founded in the colonial times, where you will see a variety of Peruvian regional food products. The tour continues with a visit to one of the best traditional "picanterias" (restaurants) where you will learn about the local gastronomy and you will have a tasty traditional lunch accompanied by a Peruvian Pisco Sour. During our lunch we will enjoy a native Inca celebration and dance show. You are going to have a great time discovering the peruvian cuisine, culture and art.
